- The order can be canceled at any time before shipment. Once the item leaves the warehouse, we cannot stop the order.
- We stand by the quality of our product with a 90-day quality guarantee. If something breaks give us the opportunity to send a new one or replace the broken item.
- We do not sell or stock any used items so if you are not happy with the item after use then return to us the item empty in the 90-day period and we will inspect the item and decide if the full refund is proper. Return Shipping is at the customer’s expense. Shipping items with fluids left in the item is expressly forbidden and will result in the refund being canceled
- Most importantly contact us first and right away at ernie.kelley@ernieshandtools.com before starting any refund or return to get a confirmation number and allow us to ability to make it write. Any returns with out the confirmation will not be processed and the item will be thrown away.
